Engaging with Macfie Architecture in 2019, clients Bevan and Tori Thomas possessed a stunning panoramic site, and a desire for a mid-century masterpiece - as featured in YOUR HOME & GARDEN

After two years of building through the trials and tribulations of covid. The final property is resplendent, perched proudly on a hilltop overlooking the valleys, vista’s and vineyards of Mangawhai, just north of Auckland.

Stark iconic profile

Working alongside builder’s Brogans Builders, the final result boasts vertical black cedar panelling, colour steel, polished concrete floors, double brick feature fireplace and infinity pool.

Polished floors and inside seamless outside flow.

Macfie Architecture created the concept design, managed the developed design and provided on-site support (as required) to the build team.

Leading out into a scenic pool area and sweeping Mangawai scenery.
